Online Course Sale, Updates, and TEND!
Hello!
I just returned from two lovely weeks of vacation with my family. My son was able to meet his cousins and extended family, we ate delicious food, did lots of swimming, and enjoyed each other’s company (if you’re interested in seeing some sweet photos, you can find them here!). It was everything I could have wanted, especially given how isolated we were last summer. I can’t tell you the number of times I dreamed about spending time together and how sad I was that Nico was missing out on experiencing these moments with our family. I’m feeling extra grateful for our opportunities these days and I am working on staying as present as possible so I don’t take it for granted.
I have some updates for you this week!
My online courses are ON SALE this week. You can use the discount code JULY for 20% off any of my online courses, including the course bundle (which is already discounted)! The discount is valid through next Wednesday. My next course sale will be in November for Pay What You Please!
I am accepting a handful of new individual therapy clients in my practice! If you live in North Carolina and are interested in doing attachment work with me, I would love to connect with you.
I am working on some exciting new offerings that will launch this fall and winter. If this is exciting to you too, please hop on the First to Know list for exclusive discounts and a heads up about new projects and collaborations.
Now that I’ve returned to the office, I am hard at work on my new online course, TEND. My time away gave me an opportunity to get really clear about my intentions for this course—which includes supporting you in the best ways I know how. This course is educational in nature and I’m bringing my presence as a therapist to both guide and hold space for you as you work to become the most secure version of yourself. We need as many secure, grounded, open-hearted folks in our communities as possible and this offering is designed to provide a flexible framework for you to engage in your personal work. Your healing work is sacred. In a world designed to make you feel like you don’t have enough, emotional security is revolutionary. I really want that for you and for us.
In my next blog, I’m going to be talking about consistency (and inconsistency) in relationships. If you have any questions about this topic, please email me or leave a comment and I would love to respond to you.
Thank you for being here,
Elizabeth
