Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller (I recommend this book with a caveat—if you identify with the avoidant attachment style, please know that you are lovable and appreciated! I personally have found that this book, as informative as it is, can offer a view of the avoidant attachment style that is skewed and incomplete. Please see some of my blog posts re: the avoidant attachment style for more information).
