Ready to cozy up?

This workshop, taught by Elizabeth Gillette, LCSW and Becca Odom, LCSW E-RYT 200 focuses on simple and effective attachment-building techniques to calm the nervous system and support you in your daily life. This workshop will be an experiential opportunity to learn about secure attachment, resilience and how somatic tools can help you create a felt sense of security to support compassionate relational connections and greater experience of overall well-being.

Suggested items to make the most of your experience include a journal and writing utensil, as many blankets/pillows/props as your heart desires, soft lighting, a quiet space to rest and unwind, and water to keep you hydrated. If you are unable to meet for the live workshop, a recording will be available to you so you can create space to engage in the workshop when you are able.

When: Friday, February 3, 2023 | 2-4pm EST

Where: From the comfort of your cozy space! Virtual link will be sent the morning of the training.

Investment: $79 provides live access to the workshop (as well as a recording if you can’t make it), a downloadable meditation to use at your leisure, and a bundle of practical tools to support your at-home practice of coziness and security.

2 Self-Care CEs will be available for an additional cost for NC Social Workers.

About Your Instructors

Becca Odom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience specializing in anxiety, trauma recovery and stress management. Becca's passion is to combine Somatic Approaches with EMDR for trauma recovery and to empower others with tools to heal themselves.

She has been offering trainings on Yoga for Trauma and Resiliency nationally for the last 8 years and is passionate about supporting professionals to bring more trauma-informed tools into their clinical practice as well as for their own self-care to prevent burnout.

Elizabeth Gillette, LCSW is an attachment-focused therapist and coach who supports people in recognizing their relationship patterns, healing what is not serving them, and showing up in the world as their most loving, open and compassionate selves. Elizabeth is the author of Attachment Theory Workbook for Couples. She writes a regular blog about all things attachment and offers self-paced online courses for folks who are ready to feel more connected and confident in their relationships.
